Warranty & Returns

Autosafe International Limited warrants products against all manufacturer defects throughout the warranty period.  The warranty period starts on the date of delivery.  Lifetime is defined by the time the product, including future revisions and iterations, is still in manufacture plus two (2) years.

The terms of warranty provide the customer with one of the following:

1)         Product replacement, or

2)         Product repair

Autosafe International Limited reserves the right to offer the appropriate remedy for the warranty claim.  Where products are being replaced (not repaired) within the terms of the warranty claim and the product version has been superseded Autosafe International Limited will provide the customer with an equivalent product from the current portfolio;

For on-site service requests for warranty and support please contact Autosafe International on 01483 688320.  To process a warranty claim, please fill in the online returns form below and follow the process as defined.

Returns process

1. Fill in/complete part 1 of the returns form attached.

2. Submit the online returns form filled in/completed to Autosafe International Limited.

3. Autosafe International Limited will review the request and respond via email within 48 hours of receipt.

4. Providing the request has been authorised then a returns authorisation (RA) number will be inserted into part 2 of this form and sent back to you.

5. Once received by you the returns form should be printed out and enclosed with the item being returned.  Follow part 3 of the form to return the item to us.  If the returned item has not been received within 14 days of the RA being granted and sent to you, Autosafe International Limited reserve the right to refuse the delivery.

6. Once the goods have been received by Autosafe International Limited a review of the product against the warranty/return claim will occur and determine the appropriate remedy.  If the product is deemed to be within warranty and faulty then a replacement or repair will result.
